We've been thinking about this for a long time. What else can we do to make important topics simple and understandable? In the first step, we have published the three Themeworlds Akvaryum , Teraryum ve Havuz . This will not only provide you with a reference book for troubleshooting, but also provide explanations for beginners and for complex maintenance. But let's be honest, you don't want to spend your evenings on the sofa after a long working day, reading long articles. But you might appreciate a video! That’s why, as of now, we’ll be presenting the relevant core topics of your hobby regularly in the easily understandable and interesting video format of "JBL TV". My colleague, the biologist Heiko Blessin, who is also in charge of our research expeditions (more information can be found here: Geziler ) and of training courses for our partners in the retail trade, plunged into cold water and came back with JBL TV’s first topic: CO2.
If your aquarium plants aren’t growing properly, it’s because there is a deficiency somewhere. Very often they’re lacking their main nutrient CO2 (carbon dioxide). In this video, biologist Heiko Blessin explains why plants need CO2 at all, why aquarium plants have different requirements and how to connect a JBL CO2 system. CO2 fertilisation for aquariums has never been explained more simply or more understandably!

As of today there’ll be a new video every two weeks on the JBL Youtube channel at https://youtube.jbl.de
