Day 14: This morning, we took a boat out again.

We rode to North Seymour Island and Daphne Island. Visibility under water was between 6 m and 15 m. We were very impressed by the large parrotfish that let us get very close.

The schools of surgeonfish which completely ignore divers were also exceptional. We worked hard and determined all of the parameters of the Pacific Ocean again after our snorklers had already measured all the water parameters yesterday. Unfortunately, one of our snorkler group's boat engines broke down, so that it took them all of eight hours to get back!

We will spend this afternoon on land looking for marine iguanas and red crabs. Let's see if I can get some good shots of the lizards.
