  • A quick release coupling helps when technical devices such as external filters need to be disconnected from aquarium-mounted hoses for cleaning
  • To assemble: cut through the hose, attach the hose ends to the quick release coupling and secure from slipping with lock nuts
  • Freshwater and marine water resistant, extremely robust POM/ABS plastic. Not designed for tap water pressure (4 bar)
  • The full water flow is maintained. No reduction in performance when used on technical equipment
  • Package contents: 1 quick release coupling with stopcocks

Product information

Connecting technical equipment to the aquarium using hoses can mean that the hoses have to be completely dismantled for cleaning etc.
Quick-release couplings make dismantling the technical equipment much easier: just close the stopcocks on the quick release coupling, disconnect the quick release coupling and the technical product is separated from the aquarium for cleaning etc.

Can the JBL double stopcock + quick release coupling 12/16 be connected to the 16/22 to taper it?

These have the same connection and can be joined. However, the reduction may cause leakage due to increased pressure. We therefore advise against this.

Best product for connecting, disconnecting and shutting off hoses at the aquarium. Best for quick maintenance of canister. Must try it. Quick Release plugs. Now so easy to do water change. fit it on the outlet hose and use it. Must try it. This is a must have product for every canister keeper.

Ich mag die Schnellkupplungen sehr gerne,

ideal zum Zwischenschalten von UVC-Klärer, oder Außenheizer. Auch das absperren per Hahn ,das nichts ausläuft ist gut durchdacht.

Kleiner Abzug da die Schnellkupplung ziemlich lang ist und es teilweise etwas schwierig ist diese so unterzubringen das der Filterschlauch keinen Knick bekommt. In der Mitte muss die Kupplung per Drehverschluss gelöst werden, was je nachdem wie viel Platz im Unterschrank ist etwas Fummelarbeit ist, ein Press, oder Klickverschluss ( ähnlich wie bei einem Anschluss für einen Druckluftschlauch) würde mir hier besser gefallen.

Alles in allem trotzdem zu empfehlen.

Je l'utilise avant et après le chauffage externe JBL PRO TEMP e300.

Ça permet d'enlever un accessoire en toutes sécurité.

Le nettoyage est plus facile et vous pouvez ajouter un nouvel accessoire plus facilement.

Le top du top 👌

Pour la v2 si on pouvait avoir des raccords à "clip" plutôt que le vissage ça serait encore plus pratique ! À voir si c'est faisable...

Das beste Hilfsmittel um zum Beispiel einen uvc klärer zwischen zu schalten . So kann ich diesen ohne großen Aufwand ausbauen um ihn zu reinigen.

Einfach zu montieren und zu verwenden. Verwende die Schnellkupplung kurz nach dem Ein- und Auslauf um diese einfacher zu reinigen. Somit kann ich diese einfach abtrennen ohne die ganzen Schläuche hinter dem Schrank heraus ziehen zu müssen.

Ganz klare Empfehlung. Auch bei JBL Filtern der CPe Serie. Dort kann man die Schläuche ja direkt mit den Anschlüssen am Filter absperren und ausbauen, aber es kommt vor dass man den Ein und Auslauf im Becken reinigen muss und dann machen sich die Kupplungen wirklich bezahlt.

Schnelle und Saubere Trennung des Außenfilters zur entspannten reinigung.

Meine Außenfilter haben alle Schnelltrennkupplungen, ich kann sie nur jedem wärmsten empfehlen.

Man muss in der Regel nicht oft an einen Außenfilter aber hiermit spart man sich einen Nasen Unterschrank da normal immer mal ein paar tropfen daneben gehen, nicht so mit der Schnellkupplung.

Super schnelle und saubere Lösung! Einfach die Hähnchen zudrehen und die Schlauchverbindung trennen. Habe die Trennkupplungen zwischen Filter und UV-C und an den jeweiligen Ansaug- und Auslassseiten meiner Außenfilter.

PUSH messages from JBL

What are PUSH messages? As part of the W3C standard, web notifications define an API for end-user notifications that are sent to the user's desktop and/or mobile devices via the browser. Notifications appear on the end devices as they are familiar to the end user from apps installed on the device (e.g. emails).
