Do not allow the water the live food comes in to enter your aquarium. It may be contaminated with harmful substances, germs and medication. Use an Artemia sieve, such as the JBL Artemio 4 , to quickly and easily remove your live food from its water and then feed it conveniently. It is especially important to drain the water off live brine shrimp (Artemia salina), which comes in salt water. The fine sieves are also invaluable when feeding frozen food. Just drain off its phosphate-loaded water (phosphates fertilize algae), and you’re ready to feed thawed frozen food perfectly. Why not try it?
