Perdi a minha paleta de cores. Posso descarregar a paleta de cores para o teste?
As paletas de cores não estão disponíveis para download na página da internet da JBL, pois é necessária uma impressora que permita a calibração das cores antes de cada impressão, o que muito raramente se encontra em habitações privadas.

Por que motivo o teste JBL fosfato contém tão pouco reagente 1?
Para cada medição, é necessária apenas uma pequena colher de medição (extremidade estreita da colher dupla incluída) do reagente 1.
No manual, é indicado que deve ser usado o bloco de comparação para comparar as cores. Não é possível sem o bloco de comparação? Ou será que é necessário um fator desta perspetiva para a medição?
As paletas de cores são projetadas para o uso com o bloco de comparação. Além disso, ao usar o bloco de comparação com a amostra da água, é compensada uma coloração própria da água.
Sem o uso do bloco de comparação, há que fazer-se conta com desvios na leitura.
O que posso fazer se o valor de medição de um teste da água se situar fora da escala?
Quando atingir o fim da escala da paleta de cores numa medição, nos testes seguintes pode alargar múltiplas vezes a escala conhecida através da diluição com água destilada (p. ex. JBL Dest).
Como funciona: dilua a amostra com água destilada e realize novamente a medição.
Isto funciona detalhadamente conforme se segue:
JBL Kit de teste de GH: em vez de 5 ml retire 10 ml de água do aquário. Agora 1 gota corresponde a 0,5 °dGH.
JBL Kit de teste KH: em vez de 5 ml retire 10 ml de água do aquário. Agora 1 gota corresponde a 0,5 °dGH.
Indicação: a evolução da cor quando se utiliza 10 ml de água de teste, é mais fraca nas primeiras gotas, do que quando se efetua o enchimento com 5ml de água de teste. Para uma melhor legibilidade coloque o recipiente de medição sobre uma base branca.

JBL Kit de teste CO2 direct, JBL Kit de teste de cálcio Ca e JBL Kit de teste de magnésio + cálcio:
Não é necessário.
O teste de fosfato não mostra uma coloração azul, mas uma coloração ligeiramente amarela, que não é reproduzida na paleta de cores.
Provavelmente trata-se de um erro de utilização. No teste de fosfato JBL Phosphat Test sensitive são necessários os seguintes reagentes:
1) 1 colher de medição pequena rasa (extremidade estreita da colher dupla incluída) de reagente 1.
2) 10 gotas de reagente 2.
3) Agitar ligeiramente o teste.
4) Aguardar 10 minutos para se desenvolver a cor e depois ler o teor de fosfatos, utilizando o bloco de comparação.
Importante é utilizar a colher de medição pequena do reagente 1 e não uma colher de medição grande.
Os meus testes de água ainda funcionam, embora estejam abertos já há 9 meses?
Geralmente, os reagentes de teste abertos têm uma vida útil mais baixa do que os reagentes originalmente selados. O quanto a vida útil é reduzida depende crucialmente do manuseio e das condições de armazenamento dos reagentes. Portanto, pode ser possível que, após 9 meses, um reagente não seja corretamente exibido. No entanto, para poder estimar isso, são necessárias informações adicionais.
